Kate Stenson-Lunt, A.S.P.M. is an accredited staging professional master and the president and owner of Nuances L.L.C. The ASPM is the only nationally recognized designation for home staging professionals with the extra accreditation for having acquired the highest level of education available to accredited home stagers. It means that Kate has the skills, talents, and knowledge to help homeowners and realtors prepare properties for sale.
She has been extensively trained and accredited by the original creator and developer of the staged homes concept, Barb Schwarz. Through her masters level accreditation program, Kate has been thoroughly trained in the many facets of the real estate market, space utilization, interior design, the psychology of buyers and sellers as well as how to best work with realtors and homeowners as an effective team to get houses sold faster and for more money. Kate's expertise includes developing customized approaches to each home that are resourceful, creative and cost effective. As an A.S.P.M., she follows a strict professional code of ethics and is governed by established policies and standards of excellence.

Carol Burns, A.S.P., is an accredited staging professional and a partner at Nuances L.L.C. She brings more than 10 years of real estate background, as well as staging experience from being co-owner of her previous company, Divine Redesign Staging. She also continues to be an Exclusive Buyer's Broker. The combined expertise of both partners benefits clients who are selling a home, preparing a rental or wanting to enhance their current home.
