Staging® a vacant home is done in a different fashion than the "cluttered" home, but with the same end result. The end result is a more presentable property that will show better and therefore command better offers and sell faster than if it remained empty.

While buyers desire a sense of order and space, too much of an empty palette can confuse the prospective buyer. Their sense of proportion is not working without some furnishings to use as a visual reference. We will create room vignettes with our inventory and other resources that suggest uses for and greatly enhance a room. The entire room does not have to be completely decorated, just a hint at what the room is and how it would accommodate the buyer's things.

Items in our inventory include beds, bedding, sofas, chairs, throws and pillows, side tables, kitchen tables and tablecloths, dinnerware, silk plants, baskets, rugs, lamps, wall art and more. All the items are of excellent quality and are very stylish. If we do not have a certain necessary piece, we have the resources for filling those needs to complete the job.
